College of Health Systems Management Naresuan University welcomes new batch of international students for its M.Sc. program

The College of Health Systems Management of Naresuan University under the leadership of Asst. Prof. Phudit Tejativaddhana, MD. conducted the welcome ceremony and orientation program for the new students in Master of Science in Health Systems Management. These new international students are administrators, researchers and health providers who are from Timor Leste, Kenya, and Malawi.

The activity aims to orient the students to the International Curriculum of the CHSM’s M.Sc. program which focuses on research development in leadership and health management to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. (SDGs)

Asst. Prof. Phudit Tejativaddhana, MD. Acting Director, College of Health Systems Management, Naresuan University opened the said event by welcoming the new students who received the scholarship from Thailand International Cooperation Agency, (TICA) Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  He also gave some words of inspirations to them and discussed the international curriculum used in the master’s program.

Also present in the said occasion were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Patcharin Sirasoontorn, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, and Dr. Kantabhat Anusaksatien, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences who also gave some insights and encouragements to the new students.

In addition, the first batch of international students from Bhutan and Bangladesh also provided some learning experiences on studying and living in the University and in Thai Society.

The day’s activity culminated with a campus tour to introduce and acquaint the new students to different places of interest within the campus and also to different facilities in the University particularly the services and resources offered and provided by the NU Library.
