CHSM, NU held the Orientation Session for Welcoming 5 International Students Attending Graduate Programs in Health Systems Management (International Program) Aiming towards the Development of Health Managers and Health Systems Management

Honorary Prof. Dr. Kanchana Ngourungsi – Acting Naresuan University President was the chair person for the opening ceremony of the Orientation Session held for welcoming 5 international students who are attending MSc. and PhD. in Health Systems Management, International Programs along with other University executives – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orapin Singhadej – CHSM and NU distinguished specialist and former representative of WHO, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosarin Wongvilairat – Acting Vice President, as well as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Patcharin Sirasoonthorn – Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences, have given their honors to join this event.

According that CHSM was approved to its establishment from Naresuan University Council on July 31st, 2016 following such a brilliant perspective of our former NU President – Prof. Dr. Sujin Jinahyon with his aims to have a strong academic mechanism in order to support the idea of strengthening Thailand’s health systems management and reach Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by developing health managers, researchers, educators, and policy analysts in their leadership concerning health systems management in both national and international levels especially in ASEAN countries and South East Asian countries, in order to step forward to be “Going World Class” university,


CHSM has processed the student admissions and having international students joining us for our graduate degree’s program. We also have invited more than 20 professors who are from international countries and Thailand to contribute and exchange their knowledge to our program curriculums in both academic section and practical training. These professors are highly professional in Health Systems Management from worldwide i.e. from Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, and China, etc. CHSM study programs aim to be a research-based program by learning from a practical training. We also have built our academic network with the Regional Health 2 Office and the Regional Health 3 Office under Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health.
